Report Generator
This interface shares your AI assistant's report generator with others.
Language
Then choose the language of the interface.
Select Template
Choose a template for the shared report generator from the existing templates.
Description
Write a description of your AI Assistant, it will be displayed at the opening of the interface.
Template Data
Use Template Data to control which data sources are bundled into the shared report generator's dataset and how end users can interact with them:
- Required: users can upload their own replacement before running the template. Use this for placeholders or files you cannot redistribute.
- Include: bundle the data with the shared template and make it available to users as-is.
- Exclude: do not include the data in the shared template; users won't see or use it.
Rename a data item and save the configuration as needed.
Onboarding: upload required files
When a user opens the shared report generator and the template contains Required data, they'll see an onboarding dialog prompting them to upload the missing files before continuing. They can:
- Add files individually or in bulk.
- See which items are still required.
- Continue once all required items are provided.
Choose access type & Link
Select an access type to control whether the interface is available to all visitors or only to authenticated users. Generate an API key to restrict access programmatically.

The link is active only after selecting a share type or generating an API key and choosing a template.
