Config
Organization admins can configure the organization via the config tab:
Configure the following settings:
Access
- Domain: every user logging in with an e-mail starting with this domain will be automatically added to the organization (this can be configured only by the admin of the organization)
- OAuth Team attribute: the attribute used to automatically assign users to teams when they log in via OAuth
- Require OAuth: If enabled, set connexion possible only with OAuth
- Allow users to change organization: By default, users can switch between the organizations they belong to, or select No organization, to use different base configurations and behaviors within the app. Disabling this option prevents users from leaving the selected organization, ensuring that your organization’s configuration is always applied.
- Organization user credits: Set the global user credits to control how many credits each user has available.
- Manage Connectors: Manage available connectors to control which data sources users can connect to.
Content
Organisation admins can define or bulk-upload synonym lists specific to their workspace. All members instantly benefit from these synonyms across their assistants, improving search accuracy and consistency.
- Click on + Add synonym group to add a new group of synonyms.
- Enter a word in the input field and press Enter or click the + button to add it to the list of synonyms.
- A new group can only be added when no groups exist, or the last group has at least one synonym and the input field is empty.
- Delete a group by clicking the button.
- Upload a list of synonyms by clicking Bulk Upload. Click download the CSV example to learn the format, or Choose File to upload your own CSV.
Branding
- App Title: The name of the organization shown in the tab of the browser
- Chatbot Personality: the system prompt used in the general chat that can be adapted to your organization
- Welcome Message: the message shown to the user on each login
- Welcome Message Button: the name of the button to close the welcome message
- Different logos:
- Favicon: the icon shown in the tab of the browser
- Logo: the logo shown in the sidebar of the application
- Logo with text: the logo top left of the application at login, as well as the logo used when sending e-mails
