Report Generator

This interface allows to share your AI assistant's report generator to others.

Language

Then choose the language of the interface.

Select Template

Choose a template for your shared report generator. You can select from existing templates.

Description

Write a description of your AI Assistant, it will be displayed at the opening of the interface.

This option is enabled only if you have selected a template.

Use Template Data to control which data sources are bundled into the shared report generator’s dataset and how end users can interact with them:

• Required: users can upload their own replacement before running the template. Use this for placeholders or files you cannot redistribute.
• Include: bundle the data with the shared template and make it available to users as-is.
• Exclude: do not include the data in the shared template; users won’t see or use it.

You can also rename a data item and save your configuration.

• Lock a data item to mark it as Required.
• Unlock a data item to switch it between Include or Exclude.
• Rename a data item.
• Click Save to apply changes.

Examples:

• Mark “Document > document.pdf” as Required to allow each user to provide their own version.
• Keep a shared reference doc as Include so every user can use it directly.
• Remove sensitive or irrelevant sources with Exclude.

Onboarding: upload required files

When a user opens the shared report generator and the template contains Required data, they’ll see an onboarding dialog prompting them to upload the missing files before continuing. They can:

• Add files individually or in bulk.
• See which items are still required.
• Continue once all required items are provided.

Choose access type & Link

You can choose your access type, you decide whether it is available to everyone who visits your website or only to authenticated visitors. And you can generate the API key for the integration of the widget.

You can copy the link to share your Report Generator Interface.

The link is accessible only if you have chosen a share type or generated an API key and a template.

When someone clicks on the link, it will redirect them to your AI Assistant's report generator functionality, but without them accessing your account.

They first see the description you enter, after closing the description popup they will be able to interact with the report generator.

To access this page click on the "Data" button in the top right corner of the report generator interface.

Here you can see the data sources that have been added with the shared report generator interface you can add more data sources if the AI Assistant allows it.
