To access this AI task click on AI Tasks and Entity Linker:

You get to the following interface:

You can now input a text and click on Link. The linker will find in the text, mentions of entities in the RDF graph. For example using the cocktails dataset from the RDF Graph data source you get:

Hovering over the marked text spans will give you the entities that were found.

The linker relies on a description attached to the entity. This needs to be specified under "Configurations" -> "Visualization Settings" -> "Description":
