How Agentic Mode Works
When a user asks a question, the system intelligently evaluates the query and decides the best action:
- Assistant Routing – Finds the most relevant assistant in the workspace using its name and description.
- Direct Response – Answers directly if the question is simple or does not require an assistant.
- Web Search – Triggers a web search when external information is needed.
