Integrate QAnswer with Microsoft Teams: Experience real-time AI assistance right within your team’s workspace with Teams chatbot!
Prerequisites
Prior to using the Teams integration, you will need to have the QAnswer app installed in your Teams workspace. You can do this either by installing it yourself or, if your company has a Teams organization, it may not be available right away, so you may have to ask your Teams administrator to install it for your company.
Install
In Teams, install the QAnswer Teams app in your personnal space either by clicking on the installation link provided in the qanswer third-party-integration service, or by searching for the app in the Teams app store by typing "QAnswer".
Setup
In the new conversation with the bot, in the text field labeled setup, enter the URL generated below. Please note that this URL is unique to your AI Assistant and should not be shared with anyone. Please also note that by generating this link, you are automatically creating a read-only API key for your AI Assistant.
You will only see it one time !
The QAnswer app on Teams should now be setup. You can start chatting with the bot like you would do with your AI Assistant.
