SharePoint - data source

You can use as a data source one or several documents. In this section we describe how to link your SharePoint account to provide documents as a data source.

Prerequisites

Sharepoint is linked to an organization account. If you want to provide documents to you AI Assistant with sharepoint you must have or request your account information to your administrator.

Connection

First of all you have to click on Authenticate with SharePoint to start.

Then you have to enter your username adress and click on Next.

Then you have to enter your password.

Microsoft will ask you if you want to stay connected. If you click on Yes you will not need to enter your Microsoft login details on this browser in order to acces your Microsoft session. This choice is not related to the connector in your QAnswer Ai Assistant.

Your OneDrive Files

Now you are able to see (on the QAnswer interface), the content of your SharePoint folder.

You have to select which documents you want to use to add it to your SharePoint Connector.

Finaly, your documents are available on your AI Assistant.
