My Organizations

Prerequisites

Either you are a member of an organization and you can see this section or you need to ask your administrator to be added to one. The add team and add user only work if you are an admin or the organization.

You can chek the Admin Organizations section.

Application organization

This interface allows manage your organization in the QAnswer application.

Create and manage your own teams, as well as the team members who make them up :

  • To create a new team click on + Add Teams
  • To add an existing user to a team click on + Add User (you can't creat a user on the organization tab)

  • To export the team list click on Export.
  • To edit the name and the description of the team click on .
  • You can delete the team by cclick .

Team members management

  • To export the organization member list click on Export.
  • Select the role of each team member between Member or Organization Admin. Depending on the role, the user may or may not be able to perform certain actions within the application
  • To kick a profil out of the organization click on .
