AI Assistants
The AI Assistants page of a team holds the assistants that team works with: the ones created for the team, and the ones other people have shared with it. A team admin uses it to add assistants to the team, keep the list current, and decide which of them are switched on.
This page is the team-scoped view of AI Assistants: what a team admin sees, and the few things that differ from the organization scope.
Opening the page
In the team settings menu, under Resources click AI Assistants.
- AI Assistants Created — a chip in the page header counting the assistants you have created against your own assistant quota. It only shows when a quota is set.
- Search — filters the team's list by assistant name, and results update as you type.
- The view icon — switches the list between rows and a grid of cards. The choice sticks between visits.
- AI Assistant Library — opens the catalogue of ready-made assistants, from where one can be added to the team.
- New assistant — creates an assistant that belongs to the team, straight away and without a dialog.
- The ⋮ menu — "Select", to tick several assistants and delete them in one go, and "Import", to load an assistant from a file.
What differs from the organization page
The page itself is the same in both scopes — the same counter, search field, view toggle, AI Assistant Library link, New assistant button and ⋮ menu. What changes is which assistants it covers and who administers them:
- The list is the team's: the assistants the team owns, and the ones shared with it. The organization page shows the organization's catalogue instead.
- AI Assistant Library and New assistant create into the team, so an assistant added here belongs to the team from the start.
- Pending share requests aimed at the team are reviewed here by the team's admins; requests aimed at the organization stay on the organization's page.
The toolbar, the list, the row actions, and adding, importing or removing an assistant behave identically in both scopes. They are described in full on the organization's AI Assistants page.
